About Andrew

Andrew holds an M.A. in philosophy, cosmology and consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies. His graduate studies focused on the history and evolution of consciousness, comparative mysticism and transpersonal psychology, humanity's relationship with the more-than-human world, and integral theory and practice.

Long an environmental researcher, educator, and philosopher, Andrew eventually turned his passion for transformation inward, focusing on deepening his understanding of the underlying psycho-spiritual roots of our many-faceted planetary crisis. Andrew's ardent desire to contribute to the fundamental healing and re-visioning of the world led to his exploring bodywork as a medium for helping others to reclaim their natural state of wellbeing. He has been practing massage professionally for 10 years, including seven years in Ann Arbor.

In addition to massage, Andrew serves as Editor in Chief of Groundcover News, a street newspaper headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
